Read Carefully. When you sign it you will be giving up
important legal rights. In consideration
of the acceptance of my entry blank on this powerlifting
competition, I intend to be legally bound, for not only myself but also for my
heirs, my executors and my administrators. In signing this release from
liability I waive and release everyone connected with this competition from any
and all liability, including any result of negligence, which may arise from
these competition. Moreover, I agree
that any testing method, which the meet director and the sponsors of this meet
use to detect the presence of strength inducing, drugs “Shall Be Conclusive”.
That is whether I think the results of the tests are right or wrong I agree
that I have no right to challenge the results of the drug tests. I further
agree to submit to any physical tests that might be necessary to complete the
drug testing. Should I fail to pass the
drug tests, I agree to forfeit any trophy or award, which I might otherwise
have won. If it is determined that I
have failed the drug test, I agree to waive any claim for which legal relief is
available. I will also forfeit all fees paid to compete in this meet if I fail
the drug exam or don’t attend this meet for any reason. I agree to pay any
attorney fee and litigation expenses incurred by any person, real or corporate,
which I may sue in an effort to challenge this release from liability form. I
understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigation expenses is
the some qua non-for the acceptance of my entry in this contest. If any
provision of the release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of this release from liability shall
remain in full force and effect. I also
certify with my signature that this release/agreement cannot be modified
orally.

Weigh-ins: The night before from
5-6 pm and/or the day of from 8-9am.
Mandatory rules
briefing both days: 9 am, Start time: 9:45 am

PLACE IN ALL DIVISIONS.
Team
Awards and best lifter awards will be awarded. Best lifter awards will be
awarded to
any event with 5 women or more or with 10 men or more.
Records: State records can be
set in the Sarge McCray meet. State and National
records can be set in the Lifetime Nationals.
Wt.classes: Women- 97,105,114,123,132,148,165,181 &
Men-
100,114,123,132,148,165,181,198,220,242,275 &
Divisions: Youth 9-10, 11-12,
Teen 13-16, 17-19, Junior 20-23, Open, Subs 35-39, Novice and Masters in 10
year increments. The powercurl will be the first
event of the day. The Novice division
will not be offered in the Lifetime Nationals.
Adult Entry fee: $90 for the first
division or event and $50 for any additional division or event.
Deadline: NOVEMBER 14,
2009 Postmark. (No personal checks. Money orders or bank
checks only.)
Team fee: $90 in advance with a
TEAM roster.
Optional Youth/High
school/Senior/College fee: $65 for one division, $40 for any additional. Smaller
awards will be awarded if paying this optional fee
Late fee: All lifters that are
late will pay a $30 late charge if your entry fee is not postmark by the due
date (11/14/2009 Postmark), not sent in with your entry form by the due date or
if you walk in to the contest. If you are late and you want to lift you must call
and have your name placed on the meet roster. If you do not call you will not
be able to lift.
WNPF/WNPF LIFETIME
membership card: All
lifters must be current members of the WNPF. Cards cost $20 youth & high
school, $30 college students (20-23) & Seniors 65+. Adults
$40.00.
Cards
can be paid in advance or at the show.
Equipment rules: RAW-
SINGLETS
AND OPTIONAL WRAPS AND A BELT,
SINGLE PLY CATERGORY- SINGLE PLY BENCH SHIRTS MADE OF POLY OR DENIM AND THE
SHIRT MUST BE CLOSED, SINGLE PLY SUITS MADE OF POLY ONLY, NO BRIEFS.
MULTI-PLY CATEGORY- DOUBLE PLY BENCH SHIRTS MADE OF POLY OR DENIM ONLY.
SHIRTS CAN BE OPEN OR CLOSED IN THE BACK WITH VELCRO. A MAXIMUM TOTAL OF THREE
PLIES (SQUAT SUIT AND BRIEFS). 36” WRIST WRAPS AND 2.5 METER KNEE WRAPS ARE ALLOWED.
NO CANVAS!
Admission: $10.00 for all spectators, coaches,
spotters and non-lifters. Lifters please tell your cheering section and
coaches/spotters that there is a fee to see the show.
