Read Carefully. When you sign it you will be giving up
important legal rights. In consideration
of the acceptance of my entry blank on this powerlifting
competition, I intend to be legally bound, for not only myself but also for my
heirs, my executors and my administrators. In signing this release from
liability I waive and release everyone connected with this competition from any
and all liability, including any result of negligence, which may arise from these
competition. Moreover, I agree that any
testing method, which the meet director and the sponsors of this meet use to
detect the presence of strength inducing, drugs “Shall Be Conclusive”. That is
whether I think the results of the tests are right or wrong I agree that I have
no right to challenge the results of the drug tests. I further agree to submit
to any physical tests that might be necessary to complete the drug
testing. Should I fail to pass the drug
tests, I agree to forfeit any trophy or award, which I might otherwise have
won. If it is determined that I have
failed the drug test, I agree to waive any claim for which legal relief is
available. I will also forfeit all fees paid to compete in this meet if I fail
the drug exam or don’t attend this meet for any reason. I agree to pay any
attorney fee and litigation expenses incurred by any person, real or corporate,
which I may sue in an effort to challenge this release from liability form. I
understand that my agreement to pay attorney fees and litigation expenses is
the some qua non-for the acceptance of my entry in this contest. If any
provision of the release from liability shall be deemed by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the remainder of this release from liability shall
remain in full force and effect. I also
certify with my signature that this release/agreement cannot be modified
orally.

location: CLUBHOUSE AT THE PLANTATION,
Hotel
information: SLEEP INN, 18351 COASTAL
HIGHWAY,
Directions: Route
1 to 5 point, turn right onto Rt.9, make a quick left at first light, bear
around to the left onto Plantation Road, (landmark- Lowes on left), proceed
straight and go 1 mile, turn right into the Plantation subdivision to the guard
gate, go through to the Clubhouse. The meet and weigh-ins will be held at the
Clubhouse.

Awards:
All lifters will receive an award as long
as you don’t bomb out. Team awards and best lifter awards will be awarded.
Records:
State records can be set at this meet.
Wt.classes: Women- 97,105,114,123,132,148,165,181 &
Men- 100,114,123,132,148,165,181,198,220,242,275
&
Divisions: Youth 9-10, 11-12, Teen 13-16, 17-19, Junior 20-23,
Open, Subs 35-39 and Masters in 10 year increments & Novice (first time
lifters)
Events: Ironman, Bench only, Reps, Deadlift only and curl
only
Reps- Men bench their
bodyweight for reps; Women bench half their bodyweight for reps.
Qualifier: This meet is a qualifier for the WNPF National &
Major Championships in 2010, Top 3 advance in each division.
Adult
Entry fee: $80 for the first division or
event and $50 for any additional division or event. Deadline: NOV. 14, 2009 Postmark.
Team
fee: $80 with a team roster in advance.
All team members must lift in the same event.
Optional
Youth/High school fee: $65 for one division, $40 for any additional. Plaques
will be awarded for these lifters if paying the optional fee.
Late
fee: All lifters that are late will pay a
$20 late charge if your entry fee is not postmark by the due date, not sent in
with your entry form by the due date or if you walk in to the contest. If you
are late and you want to lift you must call and have your name placed on the
meet roster. If you do not call you will not be able to lift.
WNPF
membership card: All lifters must be
current members of the WNPF. Cards cost $20 high school, $30 college students
19-23 yrs of age and seniors 65+ and adults $40. Cards expire in one year and
can be paid in advance or at the show.
Equipment
rules: All lifters must have on a singlet
or one piece suit. RAW- Singlet, Belt and Wraps allowed.
Single
Ply- One ply
shirts that are closed in the back and made out of poly only. Squat suits made
of one ply material and made out of poly, erector shirts, belt and wraps.
Multi-ply- 1
or 2 ply denim or poly shirts, open back, Velcro or closed back. 1 or 2 ply
suits made out of poly, belt and wraps.
Admission:
$8.00 for all spectators, coaches,
spotters and non-lifters. Please inform your cheering section that there is a
fee to see the show.

& Attire will be sold at the event.
